The Problem
Fire authorities across the United Kingdom have a systemic issue of continous budget cutting from government bodies. The need to maintain service resillence despite considerable hardship is becomming significantly difficult. Fire stations are increasingly asked to run at a minimum crewing level. When running at minimum crewing, if a single fire fighter is sick, or a couple take leave, the fire station personel can drop below the minimum requirement to crew the fire engine and thus service resillence is impacted.
Our Solution
The innovative and secure online human resource management software was primarily developed to monitor crewing levels. When crewing levels drop below a threshold the AI enhanced algorithym steps in to maintain optimal service resillence ensuring appliances are fully crewed by redeployment of operational staff from base stations. A task previously undertaken by the watch manger/crew managers whom would need to call other local stations to ask for assistance. Furthermore, the intergrated AI, designed to recognise patterns, learns to anticipate increases in crewing demands. For example, if the first week in Januray continously sees crewing levels become an issue the AI adjusts minimum crewing requirements in advance to negate the need of bank staff. Bank staff are typically paid 1.5 times normal rate and thus not a cost effective solution.

Assigning a replacement is as straightforward as it gets: with a single click, a prompt enables you to enter the service number of the designated colleague, instantly filling the gap.
